Appetizer

When someone smiles at you, do you smile back?
If I notice that they smiled at me. But I walk around in my own world a lot, so I'm not sure I'd always notice.

Soup

Describe the flooring in your home. Do you have carpet, hardwood, vinyl, a mix?
Mostly it's Berber carpet (large style) in a very neutral light color. There's also some vinyl fake tile stuff that's almost the same color as the carpet. I'm not a fan of any of it. But we're just renting so there's not much we can do about it.
