A little bit of snuggling and a movie
My normal Sunday night is pretty boring. Usually my husband has to work the next day so he's in bed and I stay up way, way, way too late watching my guilty pleasure, Sex and the City, with the gals all dressed up complete with their high heels from Manolo Blahnik. But my wonderful man didn't have to work today so we cuddled in bed and watched "Fever Pitch" last night. I love that movie (big surprise, huh? lol!) and have been missing baseball. Sure, the off season trades and whatnot are kind of exciting. Although mostly I've been ticked off at the friggin' Yankees! But I miss watching the games. So it was nice to watch this movie that follows the history making 2004 team. A lot happened in our lives during that season too. We got engaged in April, married in July and pregnant the end of August/beginning of September. I was addicted to the post-season and my husband actually teared up when they won. We were poor as church mice, but I have such happy memories of that time. So watching "Fever Pitch" brings back those good memories. Anyway, it was a great night. I need more nights like that.

Haha....this made me remember the fact that we,too, have a great memory of the 04' Series, our daughter was born that year. And then in 2007, our son was born. People seem to think we should have another baby so that the Sox can win another WS!!
PS- Happy to have found another SOX fan!
